We turned Globo's TV media buying (Globo Ads) into a self-service platform accessible to any advertiser: 850% growth in generated opportunities, 7x more requests from small and mid-sized businesses, and two consecutive years recognized as a Globo Partner of Excellence.
Communicating through a website what can only be felt in the studio was the central challenge. We built Velocity's institutional presence to convert curious visitors into students, with research and a design system ensuring consistency across more than 80 units.
New digital platform for a 24-hotel and resort chain / Bourbon
Badaró redesigned the digital presence of Bourbon Hospitalidade, a network of 24 hotels and resorts across three countries, organized into five collections ranging from boutique properties to large leisure complexes. The new platform shortens the path from guest to booking and organizes the brand architecture for the end customer.

Badaró signed the identity and communication for the first kids' edition of the Grupo Boticário Challenge, turning the race start line into an experience designed for children and families.

7th Cycling Challenge / Associação Grupo Boticário
Badaró signed the identity and communication for the 7th edition of the Cycling Challenge, with a visual language inspired by major sporting events and applied across all event communications.
New identity for a pension brand / Ceres
Badaró redesigned Ceres' full identity to balance stability and freedom in the way it communicates with people who make decisions about their own assets, a rare register in the pension market.

CBF invited Badaró to redesign the most visited portal in Brazilian football, accessed by millions of fans every day. In co-creation with athletes, press, and club professionals, we modernized the visual identity and usability of the website, transforming the portal into a more engaging and functional platform for all sports audiences.
